Meats & Veggies Seasoning


A delicious blend of spices that can be used to marinate your meats or veggies to perfection without worry of gluten!

Ingredients: coriander, cumin, legumes (peas), sea salt, fenugreek, red pepper.

Spicy Eggplant

Ingredients: 2 tsp. Saras Meats and Veggies Seasoning, 1 lb. eggplant, 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds, 3 tbsp. oil, 1 tsp. tamarind paste, 1 pinch asafetida, 1 pinch turmeric powder, 1/4 c. water, salt (to taste).

Preparation: Cut eggplant into small pieces (wedges), add 1/2 tsp oil to skillet, add cumin seeds, asafetida, and turmeric. Add remaining oil to skillet, eggplant, water, salt, and tamarind. Cook until eggplant is soft. Add Saras Meats and Veggies Seasoning Mix, let cook for 5 minutes and ENJOY! (You can substitute eggplant with bell pepper, potatoes, or chicken).

Soups & Salads Seasoning   


A savory and smooth fusion of spices that can be used in a variety of soups and salads…just add a teaspoon and the deliciousness ensues!

Ingredients: legumes (peas), rice, coriander, cumin, sea salt, fenugreek, cinnamon, red pepper.

Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients: 2 tsp. Saras Soup and Salads Seasoning Mix, 1 small onion, 2 pods garlic, 1 tomato, 1/2 tsp. ginger, salt (to taste), 3 tbsp. oil, 1/2 tsp. turmeric, 1/2 tsp. red pepper, 2 c. water.

Preparation: Peel the skin and cut the squash into small pieces. Cut tomato, onion, garlic and ginger. In pan, add oil; when hot, add onions, ginger and garlic and let roast for couple of minutes. Add tomatoes; fry until they are soft. Add Saras Soups and Salads Seasoning Mix with the cut squash pieces. Fry all ingredients for couple of minutes, add water, cook until squash is soft. Take off the stove and wait until it is cool and blend. You can add roasted shallots or kale on the top before serving, if desired. ENJOY!

Peanut Seasoning   


A mixture of peanuts and spices, with a rich nutty flavor, that can be added to meats and vegetables or sprinkled on a salad to give your taste buds a great new flavor!

Ingredients: peanuts, sesame, red pepper, sea salt, turmeric.

Vegetable Bisque

Ingredients: 1/2 c. Saras Peanut Mix, 1/2 c. green peas (fresh or frozen from the pods), 1/2 c. carrots (cut into small pieces), 1/2 c. french cut beans (fresh or frozen cut beans), 1 small bunch kale or spinach, cauliflower (1/2 of fresh flower or frozen), 2 potatoes, 1/2 white onion, 1 tomato, 1 small piece of ginger, 2 c. water, salt (to taste), 1/2 tsp. red chili powder, 3 tbsp. oil, 1/2 tsp. cumin, 1/2 tsp. tumeric, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon powder or small piece of cinnamon stick and 3 cloves.

Preparation: Wash and cut all the veggies, tomatoes, onions, into small pieces. Heat oil in skillet and add chili powder, turmeric and all the cut veggies on low heat. Meanwhile, blend Saras Peanut Seasoning Mix with 2 c. of water, onions, tomatoes, ginger, cinnamon and cloves. Add this paste to the veggies. Cook until veggies are soft or for 15 minutes. ENJOY! Serve this with rice, bread, or it can be served as a side dish alone. (You can substitute chicken).

Sesame Seasoning   


Sesame has one of the highest oil contents of any seed. It is a common ingredient in cuisines across the world.

Ingredients: sesame seeds, red pepper, sea salt.

Pad Thai

Ingredients: 2 tsp. Saras Sesame Seasoning Mix, 2 tbsp. Saras Sweet and Tangy Sauce, 8 oz. pad thai noodles, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (if desired), 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/2 thinly cut yellow onion, 1 c. green beans, trimmed and cut to 1/2 in. pieces, 1 c. broccoli florets, 1/2 c. chopped roma tomatoes, 1 lg. garlic, thinly sliced, 1 c. bean sprouts, 1/2 c. basil leaves, 2 tbsp. pine nuts.

Preparation: Cook noodles per instructions. Drain and set aside. In bowl, combine Saras Sweet and Tangy Sauce, lemon juice, red pepper flakes and set aside. Mist WOK with cooking spray and heat on medium high. Add oil and heat, then add onions and stir fry until tender and starting to brown. Add beans, broccoli, and 2 tbsp. water and Saras Sweet and Tangy Sauce, fry until vegetables are cooked, add tomatoes and cook until soft. Add noodles and stir fry with vegetables. Add bean sprouts and Saras Sesame Mix and serve.

Sweet & Tangy Sauce   


A tamarind based sauce designed to add a little bit of sweet and tart flavor to many dishes. As versatile as it is good. Most people can’t get enough!

Ingredients: tamarind, red pepper, spices, brown sugar, sea salt, turmeric.

Bloody Mary 

Preparation: Fill tall glass about 1/4 full of ice. Pour in enough Vodka to just float the ice. Add the following:
1 cap tamarind sauce, 1/2 tsp. cream style horseradish sauce, 1 tsp. hot sauce (if desired), enough tomato juice to double the volume. Mix again. Add your favorite garnish and ENJOY!
